Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the City of Roseville will continue holding City Council, Commission and Board meetings virtually into July. All virtual city meetings are held on the ZOOM Webinar platform.
Confirmed July virtual meeting include the Police Civil Service Commission and Planning Commission meetings on July 1, the City Council meeting on July 13, the Finance Commission meeting on July 14, and the Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission meeting on July 15.
Decisions regarding the July 20 and July 27 City Council meetings, as well as the July 28 Public Work, Environment and Transportation meeting, are expected soon. Visit www.cityofroseville.com or call 651-792-7001 for the latest information regarding meeting locations, times and public access.
Members of the public interested in providing comment prior to a meeting may email the City Council or Commission. Online Council and Commission comment forms are also available. Email and comment form links to the City Council and Commissions are available on the city’s website. Written public comments will be compiled and delivered to City Council members or Commission members prior to the meeting.
Members of the public who wish to provide public comment during a City Council or Commission meeting will be asked to join the meeting via ZOOM. Registration links for city meetings can be found online at www.cityofroseville.com/attendmeeting.
After joining a meeting to provide public comment, members of the public should click the raise hand button during the appropriate comment period to alert city staff that they would like to comment. Individuals will be recognized and their microphones will be enabled, allowing them to comment.
Members of the public who do not intend to provide public comment but are interested in watching a meeting are encouraged to do so via the city’s regular outlets. Roseville City Council and Commission meetings are streamed live and available live and on-demand at www.cityofrosevill.com/webstreaming. Meetings are also aired on Comcast Channel 16 to Roseville cable subscribers.
