Before you know it, the Rose Parade will be here. We’re looking for parade day volunteers to help on Monday, June 24. Volunteers help from approximately 5:00 to 9:00 p.m.
We’re seeking:
- Parade marshals, aged 15 years or older, to assist along the mile-long parade route, ensuring the safety of participants and spectators.
- Banner carriers to help lead the parade. This is an ideal job for a scout troop or other youth organization.
- Volunteers to help organize units at the start and end of the parade.
The parade starts at Roseville Area High School and ends at the Roseville Skating Center.
The Rose Parade is a highlight of the annual Rosefest celebration. More than 10,000 spectators enjoy 85 entrants, including 12 marching bands, in the parade. Contact Volunteer Coordinator Rachel Boggs at rachel.boggs@cityofroseville.com or 651-792-7028 if interested in volunteering.
