New decorative signs will help walkers and bikers better navigate our community.
The City of Roseville, in collaboration with Visit Roseville, is installing nearly two dozen signs along pedestrian pathways directing folks to popular parks, lodging, schools, trails, civic buildings, shopping, and dining destinations.
The signs, which will be installed this spring and summer, also include distances to the destination.
The city is using remaining federal funds to pay for the Wayfinding Signage Project.
“Our great parks, shopping and restaurants are just a short walk or bike ride away,” said Roseville City Engineer Jennifer Lowry. “It takes most people about 10 minutes to walk a half mile or about 5 minutes to bike one mile.”
