The City of Roseville is considering some amendments to the Pathway Master Plan, the planning document that helps guide the development and installation of sidewalks, trails and other pathway facilities across the city.
The Pathway Master Plan was last updated in 2018 as part of Comprehensive Plan Update. Since then, staff has identified pathway segments that should be considered as additions to the plan based on recent development and/or feedback from residents.
The following segments are being considered as additions to the Pathway Master Plan:
- Eustis St.: County Road B to end of cul-de-sac on Eustis
- Fairview Ave.: west side of Fairview from County Road B2 to County Road C2
- Marion St.: west side of Marion from Larpenteur Ave. to the end of the Marion St. cul-de-sac
- Tamarack Park Connection: trail connection into Tamarack Park from South McCarrons Blvd. via Western Ave.
- East Snelling Service Drive: from County Road C2 to Lydia Ave.
- Lydia Ave.: from Snelling Ave. to Hamline Ave.
Maps of these segments are available at www.cityofroseville.com/1274/Pathways-and-Trails.
At its July 27 meeting, the Public Works, Environment and Transportation Commission will consider these segments, provide an opportunity for public comment and make recommendations to the City Council. Comments are also welcome by email to engineering@cityofroseville.com or by calling the Public Works Department at 651-792-7004.
