The Roseville Planning Commission invites residents to two special meetings to hear about potential changes to the city’s zoning code. The meetings will be held virtually on May 13 and June 10 at 7:00 p.m.
The meetings are in addition to the commission’s regularly scheduled meetings on May 5 and June 2.
Consulting firm HKGi will present recommendations to Planning Commission members regarding residential and non-residential zoning code changes designed to bring Roseville’s City Code into compliance with the city’s 2040 Comprehensive Plan. Commissioners will then provide feedback to the consultants before they begin drafting the proposed zoning code text amendments.
Meetings will be conducted through the Zoom webinar platform. Members of the public who wish to comment during a meeting can register for the meeting at www.cityofroseville.com/attendmeeting.
