The project is anticipated to consist of 277 units of senior affordable housing, 228 units of family affordable housing, and seven smaller commercial buildings encompassing 55,000 square feet. The project also features a combination of underground and surface parking stalls and various amenities, including green space, stormwater management facilities and associated infrastructure.
