b.      Procedure for Ethics Advisory Opinions (attached); and

c.      Outline for City Attorney’s Outline of Training and Estimate for such Training (attached.).

III.              Establish a Plan to Meet with the Mayor/City Council to Explain a), b) and c) above, and seek approval thereof.
