Residential Solid Waste Haulers

Hauler Rates

The list of haulers below are licensed to provide residential service in Roseville. They provide rates for informational purposes only. Since the city does not regulate rates, haulers are free to change them at any time without any notice.

Tax Exempt Recycling

Recycling is exempt from taxes. If you recycle more you may be able to switch to a smaller solid waste cart and increase your savings.

Waste haulers are required to offer walk up service, brush and yard waste pickup - although there may be an additional charge.  Some haulers may not serve all parts of Roseville.  Call to confirm rates and services.

Neighborhood Organized Trash Collection Guide

At its September 14, 2015 council meeting, the Roseville City Council approved a Neighborhood Organized Trash Collection Guide. The guide provides information about how residents could “self-organize” trash collection and negotiate a price for their street or in their neighborhood. Participation would be voluntary among residents in the neighborhood.

Neighborhood Organized Trash Collection Guide

Please note that this is a guide, not a formal program of the City. City staff will not contact haulers on behalf of a neighborhood nor enforce any negotiated agreement between a neighborhood and a hauler.
