Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the Roseville Police Department is releasing information on a Level III predatory offender who will be moving into the 3000 block of Fairview Avenue North, Roseville, MN 55113 this month. The Roseville Police Department takes an intensive role in verifying predatory offender registration information, and making that information available to its residents.

With the passage of the Community Notification Act, law enforcement now may share information with the public about many of these offenders. This creates an informed community that can engage with law enforcement to address any concerns and/or issues involving these individuals. It is important to note that law enforcement cannot prevent an offender from living in a community.

On September 15, 2022 at 6pm, in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Corrections, the RPD will host a community notification event at Roseville City Hall in the Council Chambers.

The information session will include presentations from the Minnesota Department of Corrections Risk Assessment and Community Notification Unit, and from members of the RPD. Community members who are unable to attend and who have questions may contact Investigations Lt. Jennifer Engh at Jennifer.engh@cityofroseville.com.

Further information may be found at the Minnesota Department of Corrections Public Registrant Search at https://coms.doc.state.mn.us/publicregistrantsearch, or you may contact the Minnesota Department of Corrections, Risk Assessment and Community Notification unit at 651.361.7340, 866.396.9953 or notification.doc@state.mn.us.
