The Roseville City Council encourages residents to make sure their priorities are heard by participating in the 2016 budget process. The City Council will received a recommended budget presentation at its July 13 meeting.
The budget presentation from City Manager Patrick Trudgeon on July 13 will take place in advance of a public hearing on the budget at the August 10 meeting. The hearing will include a public comment period, during which residents will be encouraged to share their thoughts.
Residents who are interested in providing input but who are unable to attend the budget hearing may alternatively share their thoughts with the City Council by completing the budget feedback form located on the City’s website at www.cityofroseville.com/budgetfeedback.
On September 14, the City Council will consider the 2016 not-to-exceed tax levy figure. The final budget is expected to be adopted in early December.
