Rosefest 2023, Celebrating 75 Years of Roseville, kicks-off Thursday, June 22!

This year’s celebration will take place June 22nd through the 28th and July 4th and we certainly hope that you’ll join us for the fun. Two signature events, Run for the Roses and the Rose Parade, will result in some temporary road closures to ensure participant and pedestrian safety.

RUN FOR THE ROSES – Saturday, June 24, 2023 (Approximate Timing: 7:30-10:00am)

  • County Rd. C from Hamline to Dale St. will be closed from 7:30-9:15 a.m.
  • Dale St. from County Rd. C to B2 will be delayed at approximately 7:45 a.m.
  • County Rd. B2 Westbound from Dale St. to Hamline Ave. will be delayed approximately 8:00-9:15 a.m.
  • Lexington Ave. from County Rd. C to B2 will be delayed 7:40-9:15 a.m.
  • Brooks Ave. from Lexington to Victoria – traffic delay, Westbound closed 7:50-8:45 a.m.
  • Victoria St. from County Rd. C to Transit will be closed 7:30-8:45 a.m.

Run participants will also be using the following streets – please use caution in these areas!

  • Hamline Ave. northbound from County Rd. B2 to Josephine Rd.
  • Josephine Rd. eastbound from Hamline Ave. to Lexington Ave.
  • County Rd. C2 between Dellwood St. & Lexington
  • Dellwood St. between County Rd. C2 & Woodhill Dr.
  • Woodhill Dr. between Dellwood St. & Griggs St. N.

ROSE PARADE – Monday, June 26, 2023 (Approximate Timing: 5:30-10:00pm)

The parade will begin at the Roseville Area High School and end at the Roseville Skating Center. The schedule for traffic re-routing is as follows:

  • County Rd. B2 from Hamline Ave. to Oxford St. will close be closed 5:30-10:00 p.m.
  • County Rd. C from Hamline Ave. to Oxford St. will be closed 5:30-10:00 p.m.
  • Lexington Ave. from Woodhill Dr. to Grandview Ave. will be closed 5:30-10:00 p.m.
  • Woodhill Dr. from Civic Center Dr. to Lexington Ave. will be open but will have periodic pedestrian crossings at CivicCenter Drive 6:30-9:00pm.

Public Safety will be stationed along the route should an emergency arise during the above listed times.
