Older adults are at higher risk of injury from falls and fires. Please join the Roseville Fire Department for a presentation for older adults about fire and fall prevention on Monday, November 20 at the Fire Station.
The presentation will take place from 10 a.m. to noon at the station, 2701 Lexington Ave.
Remembering When is a safety program that uses trivia, humor and nostalgia to teach older adults ways to protect themselves from fires and falls. It is designed for people of all ages, including family caregivers. The focus is on fun, but the safety messages are serious. The presentation will include a hands-on smoke alarm demonstration.
Parking is available in the Roseville City Hall parking lot. Enter off Civic Center Drive. Contact Emily Nelson at 651-792-7309 or emily.nelson@cityofroseville.com if you have questions.
