If you are driving to Rosedale Center, expect a temporary inconvenience at County Road B2 and the southbound Snelling Ave. ramps near the mall.
A second left turn lane into the mall will be added to westbound County Road B2. In addition, a new signal system will be added and other roadway improvements, including Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) sidewalk updates, will be made.
A temporary traffic signal will be in place during construction, and traffic on County Road B2 will be reduced to one lane. Access to Rosedale Center at the Snelling Ave. entrance will remain open.
The improvements will help lessen traffic congestion along County Road B2. Rosedale Shopping Center, Minnesota Department of Transportation and Ramsey County are paying for the improvements.
Roadwork begins after Labor Day and will be completed by early November. Information about the project is available at www.cityofroseville.com/B2Snelling, or by contacting Roseville City Engineer Jesse Freihammer at jesse.freihammer@cityofroseville.com or 651-792-7042.
