The City of Roseville invites you to a neighborhood open house to discuss the proposed land use designation and rezoning of the former armory property located at 211 North McCarrons Blvd.
The property is currently guided and zoned for institutional use and the City Council has initiated a land use change to Low-Density Residential and rezoning it to Low-Density Residential-1 District. The changes that have been proposed are based on community input gathered at a November 2016 meeting.
The open house will be on Thursday, February 16 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. The information gathered at the meeting will be forwarded to the Planning Commission for a public hearing and recommendation on whether to move forward with the proposed zoning changes.
