[ARCHIVED] Special Event Volunteers Needed

Tapped Vols.jpg

Are you looking for a short, fun, and rewarding volunteer experience? Join us at the City of Roseville for several fun fall activities and events.

Celebrate fall by helping at the Wild Rice Festival on Saturday, September 17. Set up, organize, greet participants, cleanup, and other tasks based on your interests and availability from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Looking for volunteers for a minimum of a three-hour shift.

Join the fun on October 29 for the Halloween Spook-tacular. Assist with the hayride and fire circle, serve refreshments, coordinate crafts or carnival games, greet visitors, help setup and cleanup, and other tasks based on your interests and availability from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. Looking for volunteers for a minimum of a three-hour shift.

Voting - help with the most important element of our democratic process. Help citizens who are unable to get to the polls on Election Day. The City of Roseville will offer early voting from November 1 to November 7. Looking for volunteers to help assure that things run smoothly by handing out ballots and directing voters through the early voting process. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday. Four hour shifts requested.

For more information Kelly O’Brien at 651-792-7028 or email kelly.obrien@cityofroseville.com.
