City Manager Patrick Trudgeon announced that Community Development Director Paul Bilotta has resigned his post and that Assistant to the City Manager Kari Collins has been appointed as the Interim Director.
Bilotta has accepted the Community Development Director position with the City of Corvallis, Ore., in order to be near to people that are close to him and his family.
Collins, who has a master’s degree in Urban Studies from UW-Milwaukee, had worked in the Community Development field prior to coming to Roseville. She was the Zoning Administrator for the City of Milwaukee Board of Zoning Appeals. The Board processed thousands of variances and appeals each year, and Collins oversaw the department’s operations, staff, and budget.
Bilotta’s last day with Roseville will be Tuesday, March 15. Collins will assume duties as Interim Community Development Director that same day.
