Too many tomatoes? What are you going to do with all those zucchini? How do you turn cucumbers into pickles? Join us for a food preservation workshop on Saturday, September 26 at the Roseville Library for the answers.
The Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) in partnership with the Roseville Library, invites you to a workshop that will help you have a taste of summer on the coldest winter day.
We’ll teach you how to preserve your vegetable bounty (whether from the garden or the farmers’ market). The workshop is free, but registration is requested. Register at www.rclreads.org/events-and-classes.
