The cities of Roseville, New Brighton, and Mounds View are partnering to create a Multi-City Rental Property Housing Coalition in order to provide rental property owners and managers with resources, information, and support through presentations from resource providers as well as opportunities to connect with city staff, fellow rental property owners, and managers.  This coalition will meet every other month on the third Thursday at 10:00 AM.

September 2023 Presentation Topic

The Metropolitan Council HRA will present on the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program: 

• How property owners and managers can rent to a tenant with an HCV voucher;
• Dispelling myths about housing vouchers;
• Inspection tips and tricks; 
• Understanding affordability component and payment standards 

There will also be an opportunity to ask and answer questions.
