​Chair Yoga



Autumn Grove Park Building

Chair yoga is a total body workout using breath, meditation and chair postures to align and integrate the mind, body and inner energy. Students feel energized yet peaceful, exercised and inspired. Great for all ages and levels and does not require any floor work. Instructor: Susan Perry.

Wu Qin Xi a gigong practice believed to be created by the "Father of Chinese Medicine," Hau Tou (145-208 A.D.). Wu Qin Xi is a powerful, yet soothing practice that mimics five animals: the fierce tiger, the graceful deer, the steady bear, the agile monkey, and the observing bird. In Chinese Medicine, the movements of these five animals also promote the health of five corresponding organ systems. Instructor: Hongyi Lan

Agelss Grave is a cutting-edge brain fitness program. This class promotes the "Three R's" of lifelong comfort and ease - the ability to respond, react, and recover. The Ageless Grace tools include right and left-brain activities. The 21 tools are easy to remember and simple to do at home. The movements are designed to be performed seated in a chair and to music! Almost anyone can do them regardless of most physical conditions. No equipment necessary - come as you are and have fun. Instructor: Karen Carrier

Mindfulness Class                                                                                                                      $55

Villa Park Building

Lean what mindfulness is and how to be mindful in everyday life. This series is experiential, helping you develop both formal and informal ways to practice mindfulness on your own with the support of a group setting. Classes are sequential, each one builds to the next. Attendance to each class is highly encouraged. All props/materials needed for class will be provided. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Indoor Walking Track

Roseville Skating Center

    Open Year-Round     FREE

The track circles the upper level of the indoor ice arena and is 1/7 mile around. Rubber flooring provides a safe walking surface. The indoor walking track is open daily during arena hours & closed during paid admission events and special events.
