The Church Basement Ladies in "You Smell Barn"

From the basement to the barn, your beloved Church Basement Ladies are back and getting busy with life outside the kitchen. After helping with a function at the church, these stead­fast, sturdy women head home to get on with their daily chores and interact with some of the other lovable folks who inhabit this rural community. With plenty of crazy antics, loads of fresh laughs, and spanking new original songs, this show, the 7th in the Church Basement Ladies series, celebrates rural life in the 1950?s. Before the show enjoy a soup and salad bar, turkey breast, mashed potatoes, gravy, seasonal vegetable, fresh bread & butter, assorted pie, coffee, water and lemonade. The show and lunch will be at the Ames Center located in Burnsville.

Please register by January 14. Fee includes transportation, lunch & show.

Sea Life Aquarium walk-through and behind the scenes with lunch at Radisson Blu

Tuesday, March 5 Program #7201.421 $65

Join us for a fun filled day at the Mall of America, starting with lunch at the Radisson Blu hotel (lunch options listed below). After lunch we will walk over to Sea Life in the mall for a 45 min. guided behind-the-scenes tour on the deck above the tunnel system, to see animals that are currently off-exhibit. We will then explore the Laboratory to find out how they treat and maintain the 1.3 million gallons of water that make up the aquarium. Finally, your tour guide will take you into the Food Prep Kitchen to see what they feed the thousands of creatures in order to keep them healthy and strong. After the exclusive behind the scene tour will we take the one hour self-guided tour of the aquarium, viewing a vast array of sea creatures including sharks, rays and tropical fish in a highly themed, immersive setting. You?ll gaze at creatures swimming inches overhead in the 180-degree ocean tunnel, touch a sea star in the interactive Touchpool Experience or get up close and personal in the Stingray Adventure. You will not want to miss out on this full-access trip! There is some walking and standing involved in this trip and a few stairs. Lunch options: half sandwich & soup, half sandwich & salad or half salad & soup. Soups choices: chicken & Minnesota wild rice, leek & mushrooms or heirloom tomato. Sandwich choices: club, orchard chicken wrap or BLT. Salad choices: gathered greens with blue cheese, apple, cranberries, walnuts, sherry vinaigrette; or Minnesota salad with cranberries, wild rice croutons, goat cheese, bacon, local tomatoes, corn, cucumber, onion, and balsamic vinaigrette.

Historic Owatonna Tour

Tuesday, April 30 Program #7201.421 $80

Step back in time with a tour of historic Owatonna. We will begin our tour at the Steele County History Center, exploring the rotating exhibits, displays, and educational programming relative to Steele County and Minnesota history. Then we will have a guided tour of the Village of Yesteryear. The Village features 19 structures depicting what life was like in Owatonna and Steele County at the turn of the 20th Century. After a delicious lunch, we will enjoy a guided tour of the National Farmers? Bank. The National Farmers? Bank building is a premier example of Prairie School Architecture and was named one of the ?11 Can?t-Miss Stops on a Tour of America?s Hidden Architecture Gems? on the website. Finally, we?ll head to the Orphanage Museum for a guided tour.

Please Register by Apr. 9. Fee includes deluxe coach transportation, coffee and pastries, lunch, and gratuities.
