The City does not survey residential properties.

To determine where your property lines are, you will need to locate the metal stakes that are buried at each corner of your property.  You may be able to locate the stakes using a metal detector.  You can use Ramsey County's online map to get a visual of where the corners are located, giving you a better idea of where to search.

Property lines typically start 12'-14' behind the curb.  The area that encompasses the street and boulevard is right-of-way, which is City-owned property.
