IESF in Oasis Park - The City of Roseville, in partnership with Rice Creek Watershed District, installed a pump-operated Iron Enhanced Sand Filter (IESF) in Oasis Park during the summer of 2018.  The project removes 34 pounds of phosphorus annually from the stormwater and helps improve the water quality of Little Lake Johanna and Lake Johanna.
