Build it, program it, play with it and learn from it using LEGO® Mindstorms WeDo software and LEGO® bricks! Students will build race cars, a forklift, a boat and more, then program them to complete various tasks. In this summer camp, students are challenged to build, test, program and modify multiple projects, then use those projects to investigate basic robotics concepts as well as introductory computer coding.

Learn and practice multiple hand and machine sewing techniques on basic projects; develop and improve your sewing skills with advancing project levels; showcase your projects on the last day of class. New summer projects will include: a swimsuit cover-up, mini messenger bag, ear bud case and your personalized sewer’s handbook. You will be able to take all of your projects home with you to walk the runway of everyday life!

Junior Coding and Video Games
Ages 7-10Villa Park Building
Learn video game and storytelling design techniques (like movement blocks, control blocks, basic animation, adding scores, etc.), use Scratch® to code your own story and video game creations, experiment with your results and test new options. You will be able to keep your stories and video games online with Scratch® so you can access them and expand upon them at any time.
