Roll for the Roses and Run for the Roses

Join 500 plus runners and rollers and they cruise through Roseville's scenic streets and park trails.  The Run and Roll for the Roses offers participants the choice of: 
  • 5k run
  • 10k run
  • family/kids fun run (1/4 mile)
  • 10k pro racer roller blade
  • 10k recreational roller blade

Community Theatre: "Beauty and the Beast


3pm & 7pm, Central Park, Frank Rog Amphitheatre
Enjoy this local production by the Roseville Calvary Church featuring aspiring actors of all ages who will sing and dance into your heart.

6pm @ the Harriet Alexander Nature Center (HANC)
Family and group camp out with activities for all ages: outdoor movie, campfire, s'mores and other camp out fun, culminating with a continental breakfast on Sunday morning.

6-7pm  Bring your own picnic dinner to enjoy before or after camp set up
7-8:30pm  Enjoy our annual campfire with music, stories, & s'mores
9-11pm  Relax with an open-air movie or head out on a guided night hike
11pm-7am  Sleep under the stars (CP Schoolyard or in HANC if it rains)
7:30-9am (Sun.)  Gather for a continental breakfast before packing up

This event is put on by the National Wildlife Federation and happens the same day in locations all over the country, to encourage individuals, youth, friends and families to camp out together! Put up your tent and join in the fun at the campfire (see below) or take a guided hike.

Free event! Join us for a fun evening of campfire stories & songs around HANC's campfire ring. Play games & enjoy S'mores while relaxing at the end of a long summer day. Bring a chair or blanket - children are to be accompanied by an adult.
