Summer T-ball/Near Ball Sport Series

Roseville Parks & Recreation Summer Sports Series make for a sizzling hot summer!
Roseville Parks and Recreation Sports Series focus on sport fundamentals & emphasize fun. Kicker and Slugger Sports Series is six weeks of practices and scrimmages. Kick & Slugger is a sport progression program. We start children at a young age and introduce them to sport basics & progress fundamentally with each age level along with advancing skill development and each week highlights a new skill. Everyone receives a sports team t-shirt.
There are a variety of options; one or two days/week, daytime or evening and Saturday morning; all to accommodate your summer schedule. Sports will take place on July 2. Weather make-ups take place the week of Aug 4-9. Participants are expected to meet the minimum age stated in the program by July 1.
Grab your gloves, boys and girls! Step up to the plate and take a swing. Learn the basics of throwing, catching and batting.
Learn the fundamental T-ball skills while having fun! Please bring your own glove.

Roseville Parks & Recreation will cancel programs when dangerous weather conditions are reported in the area. These conditions include lightning, tornado & excessive heat index. Confirm cancellations on the Youth Sports Weather Hotline 651-792-7417. We do not cancel programs unless dangerous conditions arise. In most cases, coaches will cancel programs at the site. If 50% of the class time occurs before a weather cancellation, the session will not be made up.
