Rental Licensing of Multi-Family Housing Report
This report reviews policy options used by suburban cities in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metropolitan area to address issues of non-compliance with city property maintenance code and geographically concentrated criminal activity. The report focuses on rental licensing programs as a policy response and analyzes the experiences of cities with universal and targeted rental licensing programs. This study includes a literature review and a summary of interviews conducted with surrounding cities and with Roseville Inspections Department staff.

Multi-Family Housing Study
The Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority had a comprehensive multifamily housing needs analysis performed in July 2009. The HRA has a goal of updating this report every 5 years to assist the City.

Intergenerational Community Study
The City of Roseville Housing and Redevelopment Authority (RHRA) presents a study about the needs of families with children and of seniors in the suburbs north of St. Paul. The study explores the feasibility of an intergenerational housing model - one that would revolve around a community of interactive, affordable senior and family housing as a possible means to address those needs.
