Finance

The city's finance department is comprised of two divisions: finance and the license center.

The finance division is responsible for budgeting and financial planning, accounting and financial reporting, treasury and risk management, utility billing, and business licensing. Follow the links below to learn more about the different finance functions of the city.

The Roseville License and Passport Center serves the general public as a Minnesota Department of Public Safety Deputy offering state auto, drivers, and DNR licenses.
