Food Trucks in Roseville

The city often gets calls from food truck vendors asking about operating a food truck in Roseville. Food trucks are not regulated by the city, but to operate in Roseville they must have a valid state or county food vendor license and carry adequate insurance. Food trucks may temporarily park at a business and sell food to customers. Food trucks may also park at a private residence for a special event; however, an owner/operator may not park a commercial vehicle at the residence or on a city street for more than two hours at a time. Bargain hunters, Roseville's citywide garage sale is coming up on May 30, 31 and June 1. It'll be a busy weekend, with more than 100 homes expected to participate.
