City Hall Closed for Thanksgiving

Roseville city offices will be closed on November 22 and 23 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Roseville Police and Firefighters remain on duty. The License Center and Passport Center will close Thursday through Saturday and reopen on Monday, November 26. Read more

Farewell to Councilmember McGehee

Join your friends and neighbors as the City of Roseville thanks Councilmember Tammy McGehee for her service and wishes her a fond farewell at the Monday, December 3 City Council meeting. The city will host a reception in McGehee’s honor starting at 5:15 p.m. Members of the public are invited to the celebration at Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. Councilmember McGehee has served on the City Council since January 2011. Read more

Roseville Business Exchange

The Roseville Economic Development Authority invites Roseville businesses to a free networking event on Wednesday, December 5 from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott, 2905 Centre Pointe Dr. The business exchange is a chance for local businesspeople to meet each other and get to know city officials and staff. Thanks to Roseville Visitors Association, Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce and the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring this event.

Snowplows on Twitter

Snowplow Alerts Now on Twitter

Roseville residents can now find out when city snowplows will be heading out to clear city streets via Twitter. The city has launched the @RosevillePlows Twitter account, which will tweet prior beginning each city plow. When two inches of snow has accumulated, parking is prohibited on city streets in Roseville. Vehicles parked on the street could be ticketed and towed. For the past several years, residents and visitors could sign up to be notified via text or email alerts. Read more

Find the Perfect Holiday Gift

Holiday shoppers, visit the Holiday Craft Fair and find the perfect gift for everyone on your list. Meet at City Hall on Saturday, December 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 2 from noon to 4:00 p.m. Shoppers will find unique holiday gifts, including many “green” items. About 60 local artisans are offering woodcrafts, hand-knit items, clothing, soap, paper goods, jewelry, canned goods and fine chocolates. Baked goods and refreshments will be available for purchase. Cookies and Cocoa with Kris Kringle

Kids, Santa is coming to town and he wants to meet you. Join us on Saturday, December 1 for cookies, crafts and cocoa. The fun begins at 10:00 and goes until noon at Cedarholm Community Building, 2323 Hamline Ave. Bring your camera and capture the fun. Especially for kids ages 2 to 10. The way we shop has changed. Instead of going to the store, the store comes to us. Mail carriers and package delivery companies are dropping packages and gifts at our doors. It makes shopping easier, but it also makes it easier for thieves to grab packages that are left at your door.
