Election Information

Roseville residents will elect the mayor and two councilmembers at the November 6 election. Voters will also vote for several federal, state and judicial offices. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Visit mnvotes.org to see if you are registered, find your polling place and view a sample ballot. Heart Safe City

The Roseville City Council has approved a resolution for the city to seek a Heart Safe City designation. This designation will recognize Roseville's efforts to prepare staff and residents to identify when someone is suffering cardiac arrest and how to respond. The Roseville Fire Department will work with various groups to coordinate efforts. The city is kicking off Roseville Heart Safe on Saturday, November 10 at 9:00 a.m. following the Roseville Area School’s 623 Walk/Run. Read more

Department Head Leaving Roseville

Kari Collins, Roseville's Community Development Director since 2016, announced her resignation effective Nov. 1. She has accepted a position with Ramsey County as director of the Community and Economic Development Department. Prior to beginning her role as Roseville's Community Development Director, Collins served as assistant to the city manager for the city from 2012 to 2016. City Planner Thomas Paschke will serve as Interim Community Development Director. Read more

Celebrating 25 years of the OVAL

No need to wait for freezing weather – we’ve got ice. Grab your skates and meet us at the Guidant John Rose Minnesota OVAL. We’ll open for skating on Friday, November 9. Skating starts at 6:00 p.m. The OVAL is located at 2661 Civic Center Drive in Roseville. Admission is $6.00 or $53.00 for a 10-session punch card. A limited supply of skates are available to rent for $4.00. The OVAL will be open for public skating through February. Read more

Fall Harvest Family Day

Fall Harvest Family Day Celebration

Celebrate the Fall Harvest with Roseville Parks and Recreation and Shoreview Parks and Recreation. Join us on Saturday ,November 17 for fall arts and crafts, carnival games, music, a photo booth, refreshments and fun at Fall Harvest Family Day. The fun starts at 10:00 a.m. and goes until noon at Cedarholm Community Building, 2323 Hamline Ave N, Roseville. Kids of all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Read more

Buckthorn Busters

Make an impact on Roseville parks and natural resources. Roseville is looking for volunteers to join our natural resources renewal efforts to improve city parks. On November 17, we’ll be dragging and stacking buckthorn at Valley Park. Each month, Roseville hosts a volunteer opportunity at a local park as part of the natural resources renewal project. The efforts have greatly reduced the spread of buckthorn, so volunteers are now attacking smaller buckthorn stands. Read more
