Budget and Tax Levy Hearing

The City of Roseville invites residents to hear from University of Minnesota (UMN) students who have devoted a semester to studying Roseville’s environmental and land use planning policies on Wednesday, December 13 at City Hall. Each year, UMN students completing a course in Environmental Sciences, Policy and Management take on a real world project that puts into practice what the students had been learning for the past four years. Buckthorn Busters

The Buckthorn Busters will be at it again in December. Roseville is looking for volunteers to help drag and stack previously cut buckthorn in Central Park on Saturday, December 16. Each month, Roseville hosts a volunteer opportunity at one of the local parks as part of the natural resources renewal project. The efforts have greatly reduced the spread of buckthorn, so volunteers are attacking smaller buckthorn stands to prevent wildlife from spreading seeds to other areas. Read more

Stop Package Thefts

The way we shop has changed in recent years. Instead of going to the store, the store comes to our homes. Mail carriers and package delivery companies are dropping packages and gifts at our doors. It makes shopping easier, but it also makes it easier for thieves to grab packages that are left at your door.
