Learn to Speedskate

It might be too late to qualify for this winter's Olympics in South Korea, but there is ample opportunity for skaters of all ages learn to speedskate on the same sheet of ice that many Olympians have trained on.  The Youth Novice Speedskating Course meets twice per week and is geared toward first-time or slightly experienced speedskaters. Participants will have the opportunity to learn the skills necessary for speed and even participate in class meets. Don't delay, classes begin November 16! More info and registration...

For other experienced or aspiring youth or adult speedskaters, there are speedskating clubs, one-on-one lessons, speedskating event and open speedskating times scheduled throughout the season
