City Offices Closed for Veterans Day Roseville City Hall and the Roseville License and Passport Center will be closed on November 11 for Veterans Day and November 24 and 25 for the Thanksgiving holiday. Police and Fire will remain on duty.
Thursday and Friday garbage and recycling collection will be delayed by one day following the Thanksgiving holiday.
