• Received Ehlers Utility Rate Study for Water, Sewer and Storm Drainage Utility Funds
• Discussed draft Tenant Notification ordinance and directed staff to bring forward the ordinance for approval on October 24
• Approved 1 Temporary Gambling License for Rosetown American Legion Auxiliary
• Approved City Sign Permits for Community Visioning Hello Lamp Post Signs
