Rice Larpenteur Alliance

2021 marked six years since elected leaders of St Paul, Roseville, and Maplewood first met at Friends Cafe to discuss how to work together to invest in an area they share.

Since that time, residents and area businesses have taken the baton and shaped the Alliance into what it is today. W atch the 5-16-22 Economic Development Council update featuring Rice Larpenteur Alliance executive director Kim O'Brien.

MS4 Update

On Tuesday, May 24th, Public Works Environmental Manager Ryan Johnson will present the MS4 Update on storm water projects the City completed in 2021 and look to the future of 2022 and beyond.

The meeting will be held Tuesday, May 24 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, during the Public Works, Environment, and Transportation (PWET) Commission meeting. Learn More.
