• APPROVED: proclamation of Optimist Day: February 3, 2022

• APPROVED: requirement for all visitors to wear face covering when inside all City of Roseville facilities Note: The City Council did NOT approve a citywide mask mandate

• APPROVED: presumptive penalty for BP gas station at 3110 Cleveland Avenue due to tobacco violations

• PARTICIPATED: in a joint meeting with the Parks and Recreation Commission to discuss the renaming of Pocahontas Park

• PARTICIPATED: in a joint meeting with Planning Commission to discuss next phase of the zoning code update

• APPROVED: “Victoria Shores” preliminary plat subdividing the development site into nine lots for single-family, detached homes and a conditional use to allow a shared access to Lake Owasso

• APPROVED: City Council minutes from January 10, 2022

• APPROVED: consent agenda including: authorization to prepare feasibility report of County Road B Reconstruction Project; pipeline license agreement with BNSF railway company for sanitary sewer; application for 2022 community development block grant funds; 2022 Americorps Heading Home Corps partnership continuation; accepted “preparing for Emerald Ash Borer” grant from MN DNR
