Attend Nov. 8 Council Meeting Virtually or In-person 


All are welcome and encouraged to participate in Roseville City Council meetings.

On November 8, the Roseville City Council will discuss several proposed ordinances and changes to ordinances to include: an ordinance prohibiting the practice of Conversion Therapy in the City of Roseville, an amendment to City Code Chapter 309: Massage Therapy, and ordinances approving Zoning Map and Zoning Code text amendments to align with the City's 2040 Comprehensive Plan.

Since 1967, Northeast Contemporary Services, Inc. (NCSI), a nonprofit organization, has been providing services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they explore and participate in employment and career building, educational and independent living skills, and retirement opportunities. NCSI’s mission is to inspire and cultivate self-sufficiency in people with disabilities through expanding individual choices for fulfillment and improved quality of life. 

Executive Director Jennifer Freeburg says: “We provide Dignity of Risk—we believe our clients have the right to make choices and take reasonable risks in order to learn, grow, increase self-esteem, and have a better quality of life.“

Frontier Living provides housing stability support and services to families in Roseville


Housing Support from Frontier Living


Mohammed Hussein founded Frontier Living, LLC., in 2020 to tackle the growing problem of homelessness in Minnesota. His goal is to build a foundation of support and services that benefits families and individuals seeking housing stability. 

Frontier Living offers housing stabilization services funded by the state to address homelessness and to support individuals with a disability or physical barrier preventing them from finding stable housing. Included are basic support services such as 24-hour emergency assistance, night supervision, and personal support. Additionally, there are in-home support and employment services based on individual needs.
