Roseville City Offices Closed July 5

Roseville city offices, including the License Center and Passport Center, will be closed on Monday, July 5, to commemorate Independence Day. Roseville Police and Fire remain on duty. Please buckle up and drive carefully over the holiday weekend.


In-Person City Meetings Resume

In-Person City Meetings Resume

After more than a year of holding city meetings online due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Roseville City Council, as well as the city’s advisory commissions and boards, will return to in-person meetings at City Hall in July. Minnesota Governor Tim Walz declared a state of emergency due to the pandemic in the spring of 2020, which permitted the City Council, boards and commission to meet virtually. The emergency declaration period will expire as of July 1. Read more

Annual Drinking Water Report 

Safe drinking water is essential for life. The City of Roseville is proud of the water it supplies. It consistently meets United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) and Minnesota Department of Health regulations governing drinking water. The US EPA requires water suppliers to provide an annual drinking water report to customers. This report helps customers understand drinking water and heighten awareness of the need to protect this precious resource. Read more

Energy Plan

City Adopts Energy Action Plan

The City of Roseville’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship took another step forward with the City Council’s recent adoption of the Roseville Energy Action Plan. The plan features several strategies to achieve energy use milestones by 2031. The Energy Action Plan is the beginning of several strategic sustainability efforts by the City of Roseville. It was produced as part of Roseville’s participation in Xcel Energy’s Partners in Energy (PiE) Program. Read more

Walk-ins Welcome

The Roseville License and Passport Centers, located at 2737 Lexington Ave., are now serving walk-in customers for driver's license applications, motor vehicle transactions, fish and game applications, and passport services. Driver’s license, vehicle services and passport operations were one of the early casualties of the COVID-19 pandemic. But the License Center and Passport Center were soon back up and running thanks to a creative reopening plan. Read more

Movie Night

Movie Night at the OVAL

Bring the kids, bring a treat, bring a comfy seat and enjoy a movie under the stars. Join Roseville Parks and Recreation on Friday, July 9 for an evening of free family fun. We are showing the DreamWorks film The Croods: A New Age. The fun begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Roseville OVAL, 2661 Civic Center Drive. Bring blankets or lawn chairs to sit on and snacks to enjoy. Help Maintain Roseville Parks

Make an impact on Roseville parks and natural resources. Roseville is looking for volunteers to join the city's Natural Resources Renewal efforts. On Saturday, July 17, we‘re looking for volunteers to help weed the pollinator gardens and replenish the wood mulch. Each month, Roseville hosts a volunteer opportunity at one of the local parks as part of the natural resources renewal project. Groups, individuals, and families are encouraged to participate. Read more

Trips for Older Adults

Seniors, Roseville Parks and Recreation invites you on some exciting trips this summer. We've got three local trips planned in July and August that will make for a great day out. Scheduled day trips include the Bruentrup Heritage Farm in Maplewood, a behind-the-scenes visit to CHS Field in St. Paul, and a cruise down Mississippi River. Read more
