Planning Commission Meetings

The Roseville Planning Commission invites residents to two special meetings to hear about potential changes to the city’s zoning code. The meetings will be held virtually on May 13 and June 10 at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are in addition to the commission’s regularly scheduled meetings on May 5 and June 2. Consulting firm HKGi will present recommendations to Planning Commission members regarding residential and non-residential zoning code changes. Read more

Water Efficiency Rebates

Are your sprinklers leaking, spraying in the wrong direction or running during a rain storm? Are you tired of high water bills? The City of Roseville may be able to help. Homes with automatic irrigation systems use about 50 percent more water than homes without them. Older controllers with timers turn the water on even when the soil is at peak moisture or when it is raining. Broken sprinkler heads leak or spray water on to pavement surfaces where the water runs into the stormwater system. Read more

Students: Speak Out – Creative Arts

Congratulations to three middle-school students who took part in the Roseville Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission’s (HRIEC) creative arts project. The Roseville City Council recognized Evan Bierscheid, Sophie Hopper, and Ngoc Van at its May 3 meeting for their submissions to the creative art project. Last fall, the HRIEC invited students living in or attending a Roseville Area School to create something that addressed the upheaval and unrest that took place in 2020. Read more


Passport to Play and Games Galore

Kids, we’ve got a summer full of fun planned for you. Join Roseville Parks and Recreations for mornings of fun at Passport to Play camps or afternoons of fun at the Games Galore camps. Passport to Play camps meet Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to noon. We offer entertaining games, creative activities, science projects and outdoor adventures. Playground Games Galore camps meet Monday through Thursday from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. Read more
