State of the City Address

Roseville’s State of the City

The City of Roseville invites you to hear Mayor Dan Roe present the State of the City Address. Mayor Roe will give the address at the Roseville Business Council meeting at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 24. He will reflect on the past year’s accomplishments and challenges and look forward to what will be happening in the community in 2021. In addition, Mayor Roe’s speech will be available on they City of Roseville Facebook page as well as the city website at on Wednesday, February 24. Read more

Council Adopts Legislative Priorities

The Roseville City Council adopted a series of legislative priorities for 2021 during its Monday, February 8 meeting. The priorities are items of legislation that the city supports and will engage the Minnesota Legislature in support of their implementation. Roseville’s engagement during 2020 proved to be a success, with repairs to the Guidant John Rose MN OVAL included in the bonding bill and the ability to license the Cedarholm Golf Municipal Course included in omnibus liquor bill legislation. Xcel Gas Line

Xcel Gas Line Project Open House

Xcel Energy is hosting a virtual open house on Thursday, February 25 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. to share construction information about a natural gas line replacement that will take place in Roseville in 2021. Xcel Energy is replacing the gas line under County Road B between Rice Street and Lexington Ave. as part of a system revitalization to continue providing safe, reliable natural gas service to customers. Work on the County Road B phase of the gas line revitalization is slated to begin in spring. Read more

Recycling Ambassador Program

Become a Recycling Ambassador and be an inspiration for your community to reduce waste and recycle better. The City of Roseville is partnering with Ramsey County to promote the Recycling Ambassador Program. Recycling Ambassadors complete a six-week training to learn more about environmental health, waste systems and recycling. They take that knowledge and volunteer 20 hours (or more) each year to encourage others to reduce, reuse and recycle. Read more

Churches and Chocolates

Chocolate and Churches Tour

Milwaukee has long been known as the “City of Steeples,” and now it is becoming known as the “City of Chocolate.”  Roseville Parks and Recreation invites you on a virtual Milwaukee Chocolate and Churches Tour. Join us on Tuesday, March 16 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. for a virtual tour of three historic churches. We’ll be joined by Chocolate Sommelier Karen Duffy, owner of ChocolateMKE. Duffy travels the world to personally taste and hand-select the finest chocolates. Read more
