Ramsey County Ditch 4 Hearing

The Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) Board of Managers will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 10 at 9:00 a.m. to consider a petition to transfer part of the management of Ramsey County Ditch 4 (RCD 4) to the City of Roseville. Segments of RCD 4 petitioned to be transferred include the main trunk south of Terrace Drive and all of Lateral 1. The district would retain management authority for the main trunk north of Terrace Drive to the outfall at Lake Johanna. Read more

Introducing NineNorth

On January 4, the North Suburban Access Corporation, doing business as CTV North Suburbs, formally announced a new brand and name change to NineNorth. NineNorth will continue to cover and distribute Roseville community events and public meetings. The new logo resembles a compass pointing north, a reminder to be mission focused to serve the Roseville community. If the logo is flipped upside down, it turns into a pinned location symbol. Read more

Helping Your Snowplow Driver

Helping your Snowplow Driver

Whether two inches of snow or 10, it’s a challenge for Roseville’s snowplow drivers to quickly and safely clear the roads. Roseville has more than 350 lane miles and nearly 70 miles of sidewalks and pathways to clear after each snow event. It takes up to eight hours to plow the city following a four-inch snowfall, and the more snow that falls, the longer it takes. Roseville’s snowplow operators remind drivers of the guidelines so they can plow quickly and efficiently. Read more
