Police, Firefighters Get Vaccinations

As part of Phase 1A of Minnesota's vaccine distribution, emergency workers, including Roseville police officers and firefighters, are receiving their first COVID-19 vaccinations. Ramsey County Public Health, working with Ramsey County Emergency Management, is coordinating the vaccination effort. Public health nurses and other medical professionals who volunteer through the Medical Reserve Corps in Ramsey County are administering the vaccinations. Read more

MLK Day – A Day of Volunteering

The City of Roseville invites you to join us on Martin Luther King Day for “A Day On, Not a Day Off” on Monday, January 18. The MLK holiday is a day where community members are encouraged to volunteer. We’re hosting the monthly community volunteer project at Central Park. The city is looking for volunteers to join the city’s natural resources efforts to improve city parks. MLK Day projects include loading firewood, moving stacked brush and broadcasting seeding. Read more

Who wants a job where work is play? It’s not too early to be looking for a summer job. Roseville Parks and Recreation is hiring. Qualifications include being a responsible, creative, enthusiastic, reliable and punctual employee who loves working with kids of all ages. The city has a variety of positions, including seasonal sport coaches and seasonal recreation staff and leads to work with youth at camps and special events. Watershed District Grants

Are you interested in improving the water quality in Roseville? Roseville property owners may be eligible for watershed district grants, technical assistance and advice on ways to improve the water quality in Roseville. The local watersheds, along with state, regional and local governments, work together to install stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) to improve water quality across the region. Read more
