PD Receives Gift

Police Receive Generous Donation

Roseville police officers will be out to spread some holiday cheer this season. Thanks to a generous donation from members of Calvary Church in Roseville, officers will be armed with Target gift cards to distribute to those they come across who could use a little help. The donation includes 47 $75 gift cards, enough for every officer in the department to help someone in need they may encounter during the holidays. Officers will begin distributing the gift cards to those in need they meet this week. Read more

Drop Your Tab Renewals in Roseville

No need to stand in line to have your tab renewals processed. Save time by dropping off your renewals at the Roseville License Center. It’s quick, convenient and in most cases takes just a few days for processing. The Roseville License Center, located at 2737 Lexington Ave., features a safe, secure 24/7 drop off box. There is a 72-hour turnaround time on drop-box processed registration renewals. The License Center can also process tab renewals through the mail. Read more

Students: Speak Out

The year 2020 has been a one of upheaval and unrest: the death of George Floyd (and other people of color), protests against police brutality, calls for reform, calls for basic human rights, the rise of the Black Lives Matter, and COVID-19. These events have had profound effects on our community and on our lives. The Roseville Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission invites students to create something that addresses one or more of the issues. Read more

Recycle Your Christmas Tree

The holidays will soon be over and it’ll be time to take down the decorations. But what do you do with your natural Christmas tree? You can dispose of natural trees, wreaths and other greenery for free at a Ramsey County Yard Waste Site. Remove all decorations, tinsel, lights, and tree bags. Flocked trees and wire wreaths are not accepted and should be placed in the trash. Collection sites are open on Saturdays and Sundays through March. Read more

Sprouts Nature Program

Preschool Nature Program

Preschoolers, welcome to a nature program especially for you. Roseville’s Harriet Alexander Nature Center (HANC) invites the youngest nature lovers to a Sprouts program designed for children 1 to 5 years with an adult partner. Seasonal themes focus on weather, animal life, and plant discoveries through early childhood hands-on learning and adult/child interaction. Classes meet Thursday or Friday from 10:00 to 11:30. Enroll for a single month or all three sessions. Read more
