Roseville City Offices Closed for Thanksgiving

Roseville city offices will be closed on November 26 and 27 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. The License Center and Passport Center will close Thursday and reopen on Monday, November 30. Roseville police and firefighters remain on duty. Garbage and recycling services on Thursday and Friday will be delayed by one day to accommodate the holiday.


Small Business Relief Fund

Additional Small Business Relief

As we anticipate the dial returning to more restrictive measures, Ramsey County has announced that is has $6 million remaining to assist the local business community to meet this next challenge. Businesses up to 75 employees are eligible for up to $15,000 in grant relief. Businesses that have already received funding through Ramsey County’s Small Business Relief Fund are eligible for consideration, and able to receive an additional grant up to $5,000. Read more

Fire Department Promotions

The Roseville Fire Department has announced the promotion of three firefighters to the position of lieutenant – Dan Concha, Ted Larson, and Josh Waylander. The position of lieutenant is a new position going into 2021 that will be integral in the future operations of the department. The lieutenant position is a supervisory role that will take on a significant part of the day-to-day shift leadership in the Fire Department. Blood Drive

Roseville Blood Drive

Become a hero – donate blood. One in three people will need a blood transfusion in their lifetime, and the need is even more critical during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Roseville Skating Center is partnering with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive. They invite you to help those in need by donating a pint of blood. The American Red Cross will be at the Roseville Skating Center, 2661 Civic Center Drive, on Monday, December 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Read more


Show us Your Holiday Lights

Are you planning some spectacular holiday lights? Let us know and we’ll include you in a holiday lights map. The City of Roseville is joining with the cities of Mounds View, New Brighton and Shoreview to create a map that highlights homes dressed in holiday décor. Register your address at www.cityofroseville.com/holidaylights, and have your home or yard decorated by December 14. Register by December 6 to be included in the map. Then tour the homes and vote for your favorites. Read more

Leaf Site

Leaf Compost Site Gates Closing

The Roseville Leaf Compost Site drive-in option will close for the season on November 25. Residents will still be able to carry leaves through the gate once the drive-in option is closed. An easier alternative may be to take leaves to a free Ramsey County Yard Waste site. They are open weekends throughout the winter. You can also contact your trash hauler to remove leaves, grass clippings, brush, branches, soil and other yard waste. Read more

Stop Package Thefts

The way we shop is changing, and this year, more than ever, people are shopping online and having packages delivered to their home. Mail carriers and package delivery companies are dropping packages and gifts at our doors. Unfortunately, thieves are taking this opportunity to grab packages that are left at the doorstep. Roseville police offer suggestions to help prevent package theft.
