City Seeking Equity Consultant

The City of Roseville has been working to address racial inequities but recognizes that it needs additional guidance and expertise to achieve these goals. The city is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified consultants to support its efforts to embed a racial equity lens within the day-to-day work of city business by providing immediate, on-going and long-term actions the city can take. Roseville is committed to dismantling the structural barriers impacting communities of color. Read more

Absentee Voting

Absentee voting for the 2020 general election begins on Friday, September 18. To minimize direct contact with others, Ramsey County is encouraging voters to vote by mail. All Minnesota voters are eligible to vote by mail. It is easy to do, as long as you plan ahead. Voters can apply for an absentee ballot online at mnvotes.org or call 651-266-2171 to have an application sent to you. Once a signed application is received by the county, a ballot will be mailed. Read more

Candidate Forum

City Council Candidate Forum

Where do the candidates for Roseville City Council offices stand on the issues? Find out when the Roseville Area League of Women Voters puts the 2020 City Council race in the spotlight during a candidate forum on Thursday, September 24 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. The candidate forum will be aired on Cable Channel 15 and HD 859. A live webstream of the forum will also be available and residents are encouraged to submit candidate questions. Read more

Transit planning across a region can be complicated. The City of Roseville invites you to the free Business Council webinar. Learn how route decisions are made and how the Metropolitan Council and Metro Transit work together with cities, counties, and the state and federal government to keep Minnesota moving. Join us for the free webinar on Wednesday, September 23 from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Internet access is required, and the Zoom platform will be used. Read more

Fall Break Camp

Fall Break Camp

Kids, want to try something new over the fall break? Join us at Harriet Alexander Nature Center (HANC) October 15-16 for Mixture Madness Camp, especially for kids in grades 1 to 6. Get your hands sticky and stuck. Try out recipes for slime, Oobleck, playdough, beading clay and other gooey delights, and bring home samples and recipes for each mixture. In between all the mixture madness, we’ll hike the nature center trails. Read more

Fall Golfing

Autumn golfing is the best – not too hot, not too crowded and a price that can’t be beat. Visit Roseville Cedarholm Golf Course for fall golfing fun. Cedarholm is a par-3, nine-hole course of 1,345 yards. It is located at 2323 North Hamline Ave., one block north of Highway 36. Weather permitting, the course will remain open into November, and will follow COVID-related guidelines to ensure the health of all. Call 651-633-TEES (8337) to reserve your tee time. Read more
