Virtual City Meetings to Continue

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, the City of Roseville will continue holding City Council, Commission and Board meetings virtually into July. Confirmed July virtual meeting include the Police Civil Service Commission and Planning Commission meetings on July 1, the City Council meeting on July 13, the Finance Commission meeting on July 14, and the Human Rights, Inclusion and Engagement Commission meeting on July 15. Read more

Civic Campus Master Plan

The City of Roseville needs your input. The city is seeking feedback from residents to help finalize recommendations to a master plan for Roseville’s civic campus at the corner of County Road C and Lexington Ave. The plan will also include recommendations for the adjacent Lexington Shops mall at the corner of Lexington Ave. and Woodhill Dr., which was acquired by the city in 2017. The need for city services and the space required to support them has grown steadily over the past decade. Read more

Emergency Notifications

Emergency Notifications

The City of Roseville partners with the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office to provide county-wide community alerts and notifications in emergencies. The program sends geographically targeted communications during critical incidents. The emergency system uses your address to send targeted messages. The Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department manages a nationally compiled database specific for our community. However, not all contact information is in the database. Read more

Temporary Rosegate Road Closure

Beginning Monday, July 6, Rosegate under I-35W will be closed for bridge construction through the fall of 2020. This bridge reconstruction is part of the I-35W MnPass Project between Roseville and Lino Lakes. Drivers will be detoured around the closure by using Cleveland Ave., County Road B2 and Long Lake Road. Roseville in Bloom

Roseville in Bloom is your invitation to explore Roseville. Visit Roseville has commissioned 20 Minnesota artists to create unique, rose statues that show the best of Roseville. The rose statues, which measure more than six feet tall, will be on display at outdoor public spaces in Roseville through October. We encourage everyone to get out and explore Roseville. Inline and Skate Park Open

The City of Roseville is pleased to announce that it is opening more facilities in the community. The Inline and Skate Park at the Guidant John Rose MN OVAL, 2661 Civic Center Drive, opened June 30. The Skate Park is generally open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, and from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. Guests are requested to wear face masks when feasible and to follow safe social distancing guidelines established by the Minnesota Department of Health. Puppet Wagon online

Puppet Wagon Online

Kids, catch a free online Puppet Wagon show. The legendary Puppet Wagon is presenting short, family-friendly performances of classic fairy tales on Fridays through August 20.  A new show will be released online every Friday at 10:30 a.m. The Puppet Wagon has been providing summer entertainment at local parks for more than 30 years, bringing families and kids together for free family entertainment.

Live at the Rog


Music lovers, we are excited to announce that free music is back at the Frank Rog Amphitheatre. Join us at Roseville Central Park, at the corner of Lexington Ave and County Road C. We offer free music on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Sundays, we offer music, dance, theater and storytelling from around the world. To protect the health and safety of our guests, seating will be in designated, socially-distanced areas. Dancing will only be allowed in household seating areas. Read more
