Roseville Congratulates Seniors

Congratulations, High School Seniors! The Roseville City Council sent a message of congratulations to graduating seniors at its council meeting on Monday, May 18. The City Council passed three proclamations declaring June 1, 2020, as “High School Senior Recognition Day” in the City of Roseville. The proclamations recognized more than 1,600 graduates from the Mounds View School District, Roseville Area School District and Concordia Academy. Read more

Census Reminder

Congratulations, Roseville! Nearly 80 percent of residents have already completed the 2020 US Census. For those who have not, there is still time. Anyone can complete the census by visiting my2020census.gov or calling 1-844-330-2020 to respond in English or 1-844-468-2020 to respond in Spanish. Because of COVID-19, the US Census Bureau has extended the deadline to complete the census to July 31 before census workers begin visiting households. Read more

Minnesota GreenCorps Hiring

Minnesota GreenCorps is seeking applicants for its 2020-2021 program year. Minnesota GreenCorps, an AmeriCorps program coordinated by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, is looking for individuals to serve in local governments, including the City of Roseville, and non-profits or educational institutions. Roseville is looking for a person interested in addressing the reduction of greenhouse gases.

Business Council: Legislative Recap

Join the Roseville Business Council via webinar on Wednesday, May 27 from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. for a wrap-up of the 2020 legislative session. The Business Council invites you to hear from State Senators and Representatives as they provide a recap of the 2020 legislative session, discuss how new laws could affect the business community and provide insights on the special session coming up in June. There is no cost to register and participate. Read more

Waterfest 2020 Cancelled

WaterFest 2020 Cancelled

The annual Ramsey-Washington Metro Watershed District (RWMWD) WaterFest celebration of clean lakes has been cancelled. Each year RWMWD sponsors an event to raise awareness about the activities in our neighborhoods and the impact those activities can have on the health of local lakes, streams and wetlands. Even though WaterFest has been cancelled this year, the City of Roseville encourages residents to visit www.rwmwd.org or call 651-647-6816 to get clean water tips. Read more
