Memorial Day – City Offices Closed

Roseville city offices will be closed for business on Monday, May 25 to commemorate Memorial Day. Roseville police and firefighters will remain on duty. Garbage and recycling services throughout the week will be one day later than usual because of the holiday. 


Event Cancellations Announced

City Announces Event Cancellations

The City of Roseville has cancelled its annual Rosefest celebration for 2020 due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The cancellations are part of the Parks and Recreation Department’s updated summer operations plan. Included in the announced cancellations are the city’s popular 4th of July Party in the Park and fireworks show over Bennett Lake on Saturday, July 4 as well as the Run and Roll for the Roses on Saturday, June 27, and the Rose Parade on Monday, June 29. Read more

Roseville Extends Local Emergency

The Roseville City Council extended the City of Roseville’s period of local emergency declaration due to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic during its Monday, May 11 meeting. Under the adopted declaration, the city’s local emergency will remain in place until the State of Minnesota peacetime state emergency declaration is rescinded and the City Council adopts a resolution rescinding the local emergency. Mayor Dan Roe issued the initial emergency declaration on March 16. Read more

Grants Available

Grants Available for Non-Profits

The Suburban Ramsey Emergency Coalition is seeking grant proposals from non-profit organizations that assist the most vulnerable and under-served populations within the Mounds View and Roseville Area School Districts. Grant proposals must address the immediate needs of those who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The current areas of focus for grants are food insecurity and housing instability for those at risk of eviction, foreclosure or homelessness. Read more

Farmers Market Opens in Roseville

The Saint Paul Farmers Market in Roseville is open. The market, located at 2131 Fairview Ave., is open Tuesdays from 8:00 a.m. to noon. The Farmers Market has taken measures to keep customers, vendors and foods safe. Vendors are required to wear masks and customers are asked to wear them as well. Handwashing stations will be set up throughout the market, and sterile gloves will be available upon request. Physical barriers will be in place to separate vendors, staff and customers. Read more
