Fee Relief

City to Provide Fee Relief

The Roseville City Council voted to adopt several measures aimed at providing relief to residents and local business during its April 20 City Council meeting, including a waiver of utility late fees and business license fee reductions. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on residents and businesses, the City Council has instructed city staff to waive the standard 10 percent late fee for utility bills due on March 31, April 30, and May 31, 2020 and not paid 10 days after the due date. Read more

Face Mask Donations

The Roseville Fire Department will be accepting donations of homemade masks on Saturday, April 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Drop off masks at the Fire Department at 2701 Lexington Ave. The Fire Department is joining fire stations across the state to collect masks in an effort to help flatten the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) curve and help keep all Minnesotans safe. The Fire Department will collect the masks, then donate them to those most in need. Read more

Golf Course Reopens

Cedarholm GC Open for Business

Roseville’s Cedarholm Golf Course, 2323 Hamline Ave., is open for business. The nine-hole, par-three course offers an exciting and affordable golf challenge. Tee times will be taken from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. daily. Golfers’ and staff’s health and safety are our top priority. Cedarholm has implemented strict guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all. Please be mindful that this is temporary change. Opening week specials runs through Sunday April 26. Read more

Nature Journaling Class Available

Roseville Parks and Recreation invites you to a series of online ZOOM classes where you can learn to create artistic masterpieces. Participants will learn sketching techniques and gain confidence in their artistic abilities while using animal models to create a beautiful collection of drawings. Scientific illustrator Cora Hays will be providing instructions. Classes are designed for adults or children 8 years and older; adult supervision may be needed for young artists. Read more

Each day features a different post around a theme. On Mondays we offer a Weekly Challenge; on Tuesdays tune in for Health/Wellness. Share the Road – Bike Safety

Minnesota Department of Transportation’s counters show walking and bicycling up is up 72 percent statewide since mid-March. Drivers please slow down and watch for people walking and bicycling. If you’re walking, running or bike riding, please keep a 6-foot space between yourself and others. Before heading out the door, please review these safety guidelines. Roseville offers more than 70 miles of trails and pathways just right for biking.
