Remote Participation Available for Roseville City Council Meetings

Participate in City Council Meetings

To maintain its commitment to robust public participation in city meetings and its responsibility to protect the health and safety of the community in response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, all Roseville City Council meetings in April will allow council members, staff, and the public to participate in the meeting virtually. City staff have devised multiple ways for the public to participate remotely in the April City Council meetings before and during the live meetings. Read more

License Center Offering Services

The Roseville License Center has resumed providing services for license tab renewals, DNR renewals, duplicate titles, duplicate plates/tabs, special plate applications, and properly assigned title transfers. Customers may either mail or drop off all paperwork and payments. Mail and drop off at Roseville City Hall can be done anytime. Forms can also be dropped at the drop box in front of the License Center, but only from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Read more

Clean Up Day Postponed

Clean Up Day Postponed

Roseville’s Clean Up Day, a day where residents can dispose of unwanted household items, originally scheduled for late April, has been postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The annual event is slated to be rescheduled for later this summer. If you can’t wait to dispose of items, many recycling and reclamation businesses remain open. Frog and Toad Count

Get in on the action. Volunteer to help us count frogs and toads in Roseville. Tracking different kinds of frogs and toads helps the city implement long-term management practices to restore and maintain natural areas. Minnesota has 14 species of frogs and toads. Each species makes a unique sound. Frogs and toads are highly sensitive to changes in habitat and water quality. A variety of species of frogs and toads indicates a healthy ecosystem. Read more

Roseville Business Council Webinar

Join us via webinar on Wednesday, April 22 from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. as mayors from Roseville and Maplewood along with representatives from Saint Paul and Ramsey County discuss the Rice-Larpenteur Vision Plan. In March 2019, the cities and Ramsey County hired the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce (SPACC) to staff the Rice-Larpenteur Gateway Alliance and manage the Rice-Larpenteur Vision Plan to spur economic development and to strengthen the neighborhood. Read more

Celebrating Volunteerism

National Volunteer Week is April 19-25. It is an opportunity to celebrate the contributions volunteers make to their communities. The City of Roseville is fortunate to have thousands of volunteers who help make Roseville a great place to live, work and play. In 2019, more than 2,175 volunteers recorded in excess of 6,500 hours of service to the City of Roseville. Volunteers are extraordinary. Read more
